Summary

Product designer who starts from the job the user is trying to get done, then clears what's in the way. I research real users, build personas to keep decisions honest, and turn high-stakes, confusing flows into clear ones held together by a consistent design system. BA from the University of Washington. I design in Figma and build clickable prototypes fast with AI tools like Lovable and Claude.

Experience

Junior UX/UI Designer — VisionX

Aug 2025 – Feb 2026 · Remote / Seattle, WA

Account access and platform design for a B2B dental-supply platform

  • Returning customers needed back into their accounts after a platform move. Owned login, sign-up, and reset — cut login from 3 clicks to 1, reset to ~2.
  • New users wanted an account made fast, but three crowded pages stalled them. Rebuilt it into one progressive, step-by-step form — 3 pages to 1.
  • Existing users got confused when the site changed under them. Helped design the migration flow and an in-context note explaining what changed and why.
  • Designed across the platform — search states (no-results, trending, history), account management, and supporting pages — to one consistent component system.
  • Iterated through senior design critique; a push to cut clicks reshaped the final account-access flow.

UX Designer — Northwest Integrated Health · Website Redesign [Self-directed]

Seattle, WA

Mobile-first redesign of a Pierce County opioid-treatment clinic's public website, built around how patients actually arrive: on a phone, often before they're ready to call.

  • Sole designer end-to-end: conducted 5+ patient interviews and a competitive analysis, mapped the full site structure, wrote copy, built the design system, and delivered a clickable Lovable prototype.
  • Identified that NWIH's highest-value content — named providers, medication details, same-day walk-in availability — was buried two menus deep; restructured the IA to surface it within the first scroll on mobile.
  • Pivoted to mobile-first based on traffic data (~83% mobile sessions) and interview findings; replaced shame-adjacent language with trust signals: an upfront privacy note, no required home address, and a direct statement that past relapses don't disqualify anyone.
  • Presented the redesign and usability study findings to NWIH's CEO, medical director, and operations director; received approval to proceed to development.

Server — Bai Tong Thai Restaurant

Jul 2022 – Present · Seattle, WA

  • Read guest needs fast in a high-pace environment; adjusted service to keep satisfaction and regulars high.
  • Coordinated with hosts, servers, and kitchen staff through high-volume shifts — clear communication, composed under pressure.

Retail Associate — Banana Republic

Jun 2021 – Jun 2022 · Seattle, WA

  • Ran needs-based consultations, turning customer preferences and constraints into tailored recommendations.
  • Held brand-aligned merchandising standards for a consistent in-store experience.

Selected Design Projects

Sethi Foundation

Jun 2026 – Jul 2026 · Seattle, WA / Remote

An American 501(c)(3) fighting rural poverty on both sides of the world — meeting healthcare, nutrition, shelter, and financial-aid needs together across the rural US and rural Pakistan (Gilgit-Baltistan/Skardu), and proving where every dollar goes.

  • Built the foundation's brand from scratch — brand identity and brand guidelines — then designed and built its website end to end.
  • Led transparency as the brand's core positioning, not a footer trust page — grounding IA in the primary donor's key hesitation (fund traceability).
  • Delivered 5 strategy documents, a complete visual identity system, and a 14-file logo package across a stage-gated brand build.

LotIQ

April - May 2026

A mobile-first B2B parking enforcement app for commercial property managers who oversee multiple lots remotely.

  • Synthesized a real product brief and persona research to define the core architecture — a multi-property hub, a morning-brief dashboard, and a cross-property incident filter — around a single user need: managing parking as a business problem, not a lot-by-lot task.
  • Designed a ten-step onboarding flow that guides property managers through genuinely complex B2B setup (zones, cameras, towing partners, spot assignments) without overwhelming them on day one.
  • Embedded transparent, real-time pricing inside the onboarding flow — calculated from the user's actual lot size — so managers can run their own ROI math against current enforcement staff costs before committing.
  • Built a complete working prototype in Lovable (React + Tailwind) from Figma designs; prototype live at lotiq-spot-watch.lovable.app.
